By the way, did I mention how I broke my leg? The episode was entirely stupid! I wasn't paying attention and boom! There I was coming home from a friends cabin without really realizing that I was back from the other bay so quickly. DUMB! I came in on the wave runner too fast and jumped off at the shoreline thinking that I could slow it down. Uhmm? Not really going to happen when you are coming in entirely too fast. Wave runners do not have breaks and the shoreline wasn't long enough to catch the bottom. So... Hercules here thought that she could stop it herself? I couldn't have done it while water skiing or sky diving or even hiking somewhere? Nope! A waver runner!
Whatever the cause, as stupid as it is, I am chalking it up to another life learning experience:
- Accept help once in a while. It is okay and you would do it in a heart beat for them.
- Keep your desk semi clean so that people can find your stuff for you!
- Pay attention while driving the wave runner!
Thank You to all who have expressed concern and offered to help. I should be up an running within a month! I'm very blessed to have all in my life.
Sincerely,
Nissa

I have seen the way you cook, it goes something like this...Oh crap it's 6:30 and the kids are going to be hungry soon. Let’s look in the cupboard, Ok there are some noodles, oh and some canned chicken, I think I can cook the noodles, and mix the chicken in a big bowel...that smells funny, let’s add some garlic, and maybe that Alfredo sauce that has been in my cupboard for a year. Meanwhile the kids come in from outside and yell "I'm hungry"! You yell back "Supper will be done in a minute". You give it another smell test, it's not good, you wonder if the sauce is old.."How long has it been in there?" you ask yourself. A couple more seasonings and you are brave enough to taste it. Ok not bad..."Kids time for dinner" you call. They sit down to their plates, turn their noses up at it, and eat the bananas in the bowel in the middle of the table instead. We mothers are so appreciated!
